THE EMPHASIS MAY BE ON THE ADULT ANIMAL’S LUNGS TO BE DEEMED KOSHER, ANY OTHER PHYSICAL DEFECT ON THE ANIMAL, SUCH AS CUTS, OTHER ILNESSES, BROKEN BONES, AND ABNORMALITIES, CAN CONSIDER THE ANIMAL AS NON KOSHER.
ALTHOUGH THE FOCUS OF BEING KOSHER IS THE MEAT, IT ALSO MEANS THAT THE HERBS AND PRODUCE BEING SERVED FROM THE RESTAURANT’S KITCHEN IS THOROUGHLY INSPECTED FROM IMPURITIES.
